Managing Director

Roger qualified as a Barrister before opting for a career as a Loss Adjuster, becoming an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters in 1985. Over the years Roger has specialised in Liability, Fire and Business Interruption claims working specifically for advancing the interests of policyholders. In 2003 Roger formed CEC with a mission to change the way that brokers resource claims support for their clients.

Director

David started his career in accountancy, before moving into the loss adjusting profession in 2008. He has worked internationally handling Major and Complex losses and spent several years working in South East Asia, most recently as Technical Director for a large international adjusting firm. David returned to the UK in 2022 joining CEC as Director.

Head of Operations

Christine has over 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry working in various Branch and Operational roles for high street brokers. Christine’s experience brings an understanding of brokers needs and helps us develop successful business partnerships within CEC.

Head of Finance

Linda joined CEC as our financial controller in 2008 having had a variety of finance and managerial roles through her previous working life. After graduating with a BSc (Hons) from Liverpool University she worked for the accountants Deloitte before moving to the Civil Service where latterly she was the regional manager of a team of staff trainers.

National Account Manager

Paul began his insurance career working with personal lines before transitioning into commercial insurance. Having a personal interest in all sports, lead to developing an expertise and a 15-year career specialising in sports insurance. He has worked for both regional and national brokers throughout his time and brings a wealth of broking experience to CEC.

Marketing and Communications Co-Ordinator

Morgan recently started her role at CEC after successfully graduating from the University of Strathclyde with a Marketing and Management Degree. Morgan’s role is to help build relationships with CEC broker partners and spread awareness of the brand.
