Claims support services have historically been considered as a “nice to have” product, however with the recent changes to The Insurance Act 2015 and the continued focus by the FCA on the Conduct Risk Agenda and achieving the right outcomes across the customer journey (including claims), putting in place a robust solution has never been more important.

We have a strong track record of helping Insurance Brokers, business owners and individuals to access flexible and affordable claims services though our partner network of independent Chartered Loss Adjusters. Through accessing the right support from the outset, people can concentrate on developing their own businesses, rather than struggling to manage often technical claims issues. Our Products

Following extensive market research with Insurance Brokers across the UK, we developed a new range of unique market leading products with flexible levels of service to suit all clients and budgets. These products include a Bronze level, Silver, Gold and Platinum Service. The “Bronze” membership is designed to allow Insurance Brokers to include all commercial and household clients from a customer base at a very low fee per client, with the “Silver” offering providing a limited claims consultancy for clients on a budget. The “Gold” service offers increased levels of support and the flagship “Platinum” product provides a unique unlimited claims consultancy for larger businesses and high net worth clients.
