We have conducted extensive market research with a wide range of Insurance Brokers and other Corporate Partners. During this process, we were told that clients wanted more certainty from the claims assistance sector. Many Insurance Brokers advised that they were looking for more reliable services and easy to understand claims solutions. We therefore completed a detailed market analysis and product review in order to develop a unique range of assistance services.
This provides remote support for all Insurance Brokers joining CEC and selling bronze, silver, gold and platinum products. Technical support is available to discuss repudiations, sums insured, stock valuations, business interruption, warranties or endorsements etc. Insurance Brokers can discuss technical issues with a fully qualified Chartered Loss Adjuster.
CEC now offers a “Bronze” membership, which is specifically designed to allow Insurance Brokers to include all commercial and household clients from a customer base, at a very low fee per client. This is a desktop service with guaranteed access to fully qualified Chartered Loss Adjusters.
Bronze Plus extends the CEC service to include loss adjusting and motor claims assistance in a single product. Like the Bronze level service this can be added for an entire client base. Bronze Plus motor claims assistance is provided whether the broker has sold the motor policy or not and includes support for fault and non fault incidents.
A new “Silver” offering, provides a limited claims consultancy service for clients on a budget. 10 hours remote support is provided and the product includes 1 Loss Adjuster site visit within the allocated hours.
An improved “Gold” service offers increased levels of support for clients. Multiple Loss Adjuster visits are included with up to 30 hours support applicable for this product.
A new flagship “Platinum” product provides a unique unlimited claims consultancy for larger businesses and high net worth clients.
